How many weddings do you host in a day and how many people can you accomodate?

We only host one wedding per day. Whether you are hosting a small intimate gathering or a huge blow out ceremony, the unique sentiment for that day will be all about you. We can comfortably host 150 guests and our paved parking lot will allow for ample parking of all your guests. Our facility has ADA amenities.

What if it rains?

Rain and cold will not put a damper on your special day. The Pavilion offers a covered, screened and enclosable space to say “I do”. There are heaters available at no cost to you, as well as 12 Fandiliers to keep you cool if it is a warm day. You also have an option to move the wedding to the house if you choose.

Can I bring my own caterer?

No, we have an on-site professional chef. He will prepare an exquisite dinner off the menu you have specially chosen for you and your guests. If you have a special dish or a special treat you would like to add to your evening, we are perfectly happy help you include that on your menu. Special needs like gluten-free or vegan? We can definitely accommodate you. Did you choose the Standard wedding package? You are welcome to bring in lunch for your bridal party. We don’t want a “hangry” couple!

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

No, Georgia state law prohibits outside alcohol for facilities who hold a state license to sell. We will be happy to order specialty beer/wine/alcohol if needed, but we truly offer a large assortment of options for you.

What is the Admin fee?

We have an admin fee to help cover the cost of upkeeping the 7 acres of property we have, as well as administrative and overhead costs. The fee is only on the services portion of the wedding. Food and alcohol are taxed at 7% per Ga/Hall county. The property will always be in top shape no matter what time of year you want to tie the knot.

What about your preferred vendors?

We have several trusted vendors that we use in the all inclusive package. You can check out each one and choose the team who you feel will serve you best. Adjustments can be made with your package and we are happy to talk with you if you have a special person you want to take the place of one of your “included” vendors. You are also allowed to bring on to the property any signs, decor, etc that you want to use on your day.

Is there a hotel nearby?

Yes! There is a Holiday Inn Express 3 miles away. We are also located 1 exit north of the Mall of Georgia where there are many hotel options, including the Courtyard by Marriot where they do have free shuttle service for guests to the venue as long as you meet the minimum room bookings. Thereare plenty of restaurants and entertainment for your out of town guests by the Mall of Ga.

What other services do you offer ?

The ultimate goal on your wedding day is to have a beautiful, fun, stress free day. Top notch staffing, service, and genuine attention to detail are all included in your package! We include 3 meetings with the wedding directors so not only can you plan your special day with people who can offer support and advice, we get to know each other on a personal level. All the twinkly lighting on the property, up-lighting in the pavilion for the reception, checkerboard dance floor, as well as wood for the fireplace are all part of your Bradford House experience.
