Brian Legault

Executive Chef

Brian joined our team after many years as a successful chef in the restaurant industry. Starting at the age of 15, Brian has worked his way up from prep cook at a local restaurant in his Vermont hometown, all the way to Executive Chef of Aqua Terra Restaurant in Buford, GA. Through the years, he has worked to hone his culinary knowledge and skill and define his culinary aesthetic. His aesthetic meshes well with our creative yet traditional catering options at Bradford House as he specializes in New American Cuisine:a base of European tradition enlivened by American innovation, with a truly American multi-cultural emphasis. After a successful and enjoyable 17 years at Aqua Terra, Brian knew that it was time for a new challenge. After some time deciding on his next adventure, he landed at Bradford House and Gardens where we have been enjoying his delicious and masterful menu ever since.

Front of House Manager

Lloyd comes to the Bradford House And Gardens from the Delta Queen Riverboat. While there, he originally served as Maître’d and then advanced to Hotel Manager.  Lloyd has many years of experience in Fine Dining service. His presence elevates the dining room service at the Bradford House to new heights. His expertise in service, training, and management is seen in everything he does, from the beautiful folding and presentation of guests’ napkins, to his ability to put guests at ease with his genuine love for what he does.
